Returns & Exchanges
At KOTN The Label, we make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase(s). If for any reason, this is not the case, we provide the opportunity to easily return or exchange your purchased item(s) via post within 14 days. See below full returns and exchange policy.
As we do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items, we can arrange alternate size exchange on your item(s) within 14 days of purchase, subject to item availability. Please contact our Customer Service Department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an exchange.
In the event that an item/s purchased is unavailable due to the availability of stock, a store credit, exchange for alternative item or refund will be issued.
We will happily replace or refund faulty items. All faulty/damaged items must be physically returned to KOTN The Label by post to be processed by our Quality Assurance team who will assess the issue and respond with a solution as soon as possible. See post details above.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR POLICY
KOTN The Label cannot be liable for changes in colour perception. Whilst every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
